Sorry it's been so long since I have routinely posted, but work has kept me busy. Anyway, I wanted to let the board know that I am getting married.  Stephanie and I have been dating for nearly 3 years, and on Sept. 21, I proposed. Our wedding is scheduled for June 26th in Knoxville, TN. We plan on living in Knoxville, but it depends on if/where she gets accepted into Veterinary School. She has applied at UT, Auburn, Mississippi State, and Georgia. I'm still trying to convince her that "Get Ready" would be the perfect song that should be played when we are introduced at the reception.  |

Yay Charley!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck on the "Get Ready" thing. I know if my future husband doesn't agree to have a Tempations-themed wedding and reception complete with a reunion show featuring every Tempt that ever sang with the group ............ well, he just MAY not be my future husband! You know my father is a preacher and I SO want him to say "what love has joined together, can't nobody break it apart" instead of "what God has joined together let no man put usunder" BUT to quote "Otis" from the movie "that ain't neva' gonna happen" so I guess I"ll just have to settle with walking back down the aisle to the song intead ................ the "Live" version. |

Thank you all for your wishes and comments. We are looking forward to all of the planning, showers, and everything. We both have a lot of friends, co-workers, family, and church friends... right now we are looking at a guest list of ~500-600. Ivory, could you imagine planning that kind of wedding?
