Well, its is time for me to own up. I love to cook and always wanted to open my own restaurant. Everyone that has tasted something I make loves it.
I cook everything, main dishes, side dishes, desserts, breads - you name it. Even cookies and candy during the holidays.
I make home made spaghetti sauce with homemade meatballs. Even grind the beef myself. Don't trust the store. My daughter and I also make the homemade pasta, last month we made homemade ravioli. They were great. I also make a great port tenderloin with orange chipolti sauce. This has a little kick to it but it is great. I make everything and anything.
I have a great Chocolate Irish Cream Mousse Cake that is wonderful.
I will share any and all recipes so bring them on.
If it is quiche you like, let me know.

Tonight the thodown was some hot Louisiann gumbo wit sausage, chicken, shrimp and crawfish and beans and rice......no that's some good eatin'
