I just found a music blog that has a 12" up for d/l by one Otis Williams. The title is "I Love The Way You Love Me," claiming that this is Otis Williams from the Temptations.

It is interesting because he's got the info from Discogs.com whose info usually is quite accurate (at least in my opinion).

That may be someone named Otis Williams but def not "O" From the Temptations
