I am wondering when ESPN will get back to analyzing sports instead of peoples private lives. Mike and mike are two men gossiping like crows in the morning.
Tiger Woods deserves some RESPECT......it is a private matter and the opinions of ESPN will not change a thing in this man's life. You all just re-hash negative information all day long.
I remember in the Bible a woman was caught in the act of adultery and this was Jesus' response John 8:3-11(King James Version) 3And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, 4They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou? 6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. 7So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. 8And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. 9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? 11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. Of course this is not a popular opinion......YOU ALL PREFER TO GOSSIP TIGAR WOODS NEEDS OUR PRAYERS/ “I GUESS YOU MUST BE WITHOUT SIN” OR WOULD YOU'RE OPINION BE THE SAME IF THE MEDIA AIRED YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY
Dr. Temptation
p.s. I turned off ESPN and put on the Temptations song “Ball of Confusion”

Kinda bad Tiger www.youtube.com/watch?v=RE3RBFKPjVgI wish someone would mention that an estimated 80% of American men are doing the same. (And I think it's slightly more than 50% of women, if I remember correctly.) Of course, it's only statistics -- but from what I am observing around me, these numbers could be right. I just would like to know what such men as Tiger, for example, are looking for in a woman? His wife is exceptionally beautiful, she's not seeking the lime light, and from what I've read she's not a bimbo either. So what in the world are these men looking for? Is it really all about sex only? Adventure? Thrill? Hurting women (both wife and mistress) -- just because they can -- so to speak?

Tiger was too young and rich to get married when he did. This story is as old as time, not really news but the media is insatiable. Who is Elin? What really happened? Blah, Blah, Blah........it is ridiculous, then you have the women.....I had twenty encounters, No he was with me....yada, yada....a complete circus!!!

Tiger was too young to get married for sure. People nowadays take marriage as a joke nowadays but it's serious. Marriage is about sharing your life with that special person for the rest of your life. Tiger obviously didn't "play the field" enough before he said "I do." That seems to be all it is. He should of just had his fun or philander (not that that's right or appropriate) around a bit before he settled down. The reason this is such a big deal for one is Tiger has had a squeaky clean image thus far. The other problem is Tiger is married with a child. Had he not been married this is a non issue really. Tiger has to realize that you can't creep on your wife. You are gonna get caught eventually. And now his marriage might be in jeopardy. If his wife decides to divorce him she could take him to the cleaners money wise (if there was no prenuptial agreement), and he will probably lose millions of dollars in endorsements.

How old was he when he got married? And ((DC)) -- Tiger has two children! I think the youngest one is just about a year old. There is a prenup, if what the papers say is true, and it is pretty detailed concerning the correct behavior of his wife -- if SHE ever should betray HIM. I do not think, however, that a divorce will cost him his popularity. In reality, most people do like the gossip (as Doc. T. said) and when this story is getting as old as the one of McNeal's?, for example, nobody really cares anymore. That's why I brought up Anna Nicole Smith ... Remember all the media hype? And who does still care today? How much do we hear of the truly tragic story of McNeal? and his mistress? I don't know if you are familiar with the German tennis star Boris Becker? Same story: gorgeous wife, two beautiful kids ... boom-boom marriage's gone bad; everybody's upset for a while: "Boris, the dirt bag, Boris the cheat ..." Boom-boom Boris is back with a new wife, having a new kid ... boom-boom everybod's so happy that Boris is happy again. lol (btw. Boom-boom is his nickname) Now all parties involved (ex-wife, new wife, and Boom-boom) make millions.

He was 28 when he got married. You think that's too young to get married? I'm just wondering, if there will be a divorce ... Some couples actually turn such hurtful events into a bonding experience. (I'm thinking of Bill and Hillary, for example.)

(I'm thinking of Bill and Hillary, for example.) For Tiger, I believe it was too young. In my opinion if you're already cheating on your wife after only five years of marriage, then you're weren't ready to begin with. I'm a man but it seems as though some men take longer to mature than women. Some men have to go through a stage where they play the field. Tiger cheated on his wife with a cocktail waitress. This seems like a physical connection and that's it. I saw on the news where Tiger text this woman message like "I'm gonna wear you out" and "Whens the last time you've been laid?" I apologize if that was explicit. Tiger had affairs with women who have nothing to lose that's why he's the only one really being burned like this. If he had an affair with a woman who was famous as well this might not have burned him as much. Seems like he was in this for the physical aspect.

lol ((DC)) That's how I would expect a "Tiger" to talk! lol I've read that he had such things going on for about three years ... so that would have been only two years into his marriage. I do smell a bit of chauvinist attitude in your remarks, though. What do you mean by these women "had nothing to lose"? Even cocktail waitresses have hearts, ((DC))! And Tiger prob. has broken a heart or two (or even more) by playing the field ... There might have been one or another woman who really was in love with him. And -- could it be that those men who take longer to mature than women only take their time to do so because that is considered to be okay? Anyways, whether too young or not -- this man has caused lots of heart aches and disappointment I believe.

And I'm not letting Tiger off the hook. He's 100% to blame for all of this occurring. And I'm not saying that the cocktail waitress is a nobody at all. But what I'm saying is that she (and the other women) he had affairs with are coming out tooth and nail to run him through the ground. These women aren't worth millions of dollars like Tiger is, and don't believe they are married either. Tiger doesn't have any type of dirt on them to counteract their claims. If the women were having affairs knowing he was married (and most did) then they are just as guilty as him. But because they are average citizens that not too many people know (on a large scale) then Tiger is going to take the brunt of the fall. Now if Tiger dealt with a famous women that was married then they both would have something to lose. And at the end of the day Tiger is totally to blame for this. To me if he's having all of these affairs, there is no reason to be married. He's causing too much heartache to his family by doing this. If he wasn't ready to be faithful, he should not of gotten married.

Okay! I understand now ... And I do agree with your assigning the blame 50/50, so to speak. It all reminds of a song. I think the title is "You Gave Love A Bad Name." It is all just sad.

You can say that again. Have you been watching the news? Since the first women came out 6-11 more have come out and said they had affairs with Tiger. Tiger already admitted to as he said, "transgressions" so he is not going to pay them to keep quiet. But they are coming out the wood work for their 15 minutes of fame I guess. Man Tiger is a freak lol. Evidently, he was sleeping with women six ways till Sunday. It is really sad. This is what I mean. If he was going to do all of this there's no need to get married. The only real reason this is a story is because he's married.

Freak? I don't know. He is prob. just a common sex addicts. (Can't Get Enough of That Funky Stuff.) But at least he has the means to get a first rate shrink. I think he already had the problem before he got married and was hoping that being happily married would be the solution ... Poor guy. The last thing I've heard was that the "main" mistress was prob. cheating on him, too.
