Hello everyone, I've been away for a while, and now I'm back. I have still been keeping up with the current line-up of the Temptations, but answer this question, "What do yall think about Bruce Williamson?" He can sing, but he has some of that G.C. mess in him that I don't like, he often doesn't use his own voice but imitates the sound and styles of others.

I like Bruce i think he brings a different dynamic to the group he comes from a gospel background, but i think it is still to early for us to tell. I want to see if they make another orginal CD and not a cover CD then i will have more of a valid opinion of him..He moves good for a big man on stage, and like any new person it takes awhile to find your niche with in a group of people. I think he does his thing though, and doesn't try to be any buddy else on stage but Bruce!

I really like his voice. But somehow, he does not blend well into the group's appearance ...

I really like his voice. But somehow, he does not blend well into the group's appearance ... I checked out his performances on Ron Tyson's site and he can tear the thing up!!! He sounds like a Tempt, doesn't look the part........(for that matter, these days, who does?) None of the Tempts splinter groups are all tall, tan and totally terrific, in the looks department, that is,.....Otis's group, and Dennis's group included. |

He seems to have a decent enough voice, but he doesn't have a "sound" that is distinctive. He sounds like everyone, depending upon who he is channeling. |
