this past weekend i took a tour of hitsville for the first time in my life with a few friends of mine. For me it was the greatest thing because right when i walked into the build i could imagin smoky robinson, the temptations, marvin gaye, stevie wonder, the supremes, and so many more recording music and enjoying the atmosphere...it almost as if i was there back in those days...what a great experience! HITSVILLE!! Me standing in front after the tour My Friend Ryan out in front check him out rockin the Ruff Glasses! Me, Tony, and Ryan after the tour

Great pics! How long did the tour take? And -- are those glasses your friend wears for sale in the museum? I'm sure you all had a lot of fun ...

the tour was about 2 hours...it was really good we went through berry gordy's home then through the hitsville building...it was really nice they had michael jackson's glove and hat he wore at the 25th motown anniversary special.
No they don't sell those glasses in the gift shop they are his perscription glasses. I just realized they looked like Ruff's once we got there! i said to him "Ryan you rockin them Ruffin's" he looked at me and said "without wearing my ruffin's i ain't nothing!" i thought it was hilarious. It was funny though he was from detroit and it was his first time there as well.

Lol! Maybe we should think about selling David Ruffin glasses Might make some money. Two hours is actually not bad.
