Anybody notice this besides me??!!

Hey,
Ok this is kinda random & I'm sure a lot of you have probably noticed this, but I am a fairly new fan so work with me here. I've had the movie about 4 weeks & seen it about 40 billion times & watch it everyday & only noticed this like 2 days ago when I came back from camping,....cause I'm stupid I guess. Can't believe I didn't notice it sooner. Anyways in the movie, when their at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame....the date is Jan.18th 1989. Jan.18th(1949) is Davids birthday!! Anybody notice that?! So like on his 48th birthday he became part of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Temptations, I thought that was pretty cool....one hell of a birthday/birthday gift anyways, if you ask me =D

I think a lot of us were aware of this... During the ACTUAL H.O.F. induction Ceremony, Otis made a special point of wishing David a happy birthday. But if you haven't seen that footage... good on you for your research and in figuring that out!! (since it wasn't mentioned in the movie as such...)

Hey looked at it, don't see it. Are you sure Melvin doesn't wish him a happy b-day cause before Melvin pulls David into a hug he says something, I could swear he says "Come here man" but I guess if you listen to it enough it could be mistaken as "Happy b-day". But I don't hear or see Otis saying it, maybe I'm just blonder then I thought & you have to point out the exact moment he says it for me so I can see it. Or is it not in the movie & your talking about some real life footage I've never seen?

No, your right about the "movie"...Kalisa was saying it isn't said in the movie...In the ACTUAL HOF Otis may have said it. I've never seen this footage myself. But I think thats what she was referring to.

Thanks Tara... yes, I was referring to the actual real-life ceremony, as opposed to the movie depiction.

Nice pic, of David.I just got through looking at the real footage and the movie should of AT LEAST showed the Temps giving thier speeches or singing "Don't look back" like the Temps really did. Oh,and he did tell David Happy birthday.

Anybody notice the "glasses" on Davids car? At first I thought they were the door handles, but nope; there glasses. I think thats pretty cool. There on his white car.
