Ok...I'll admit...I liked him even though he had to have a stank attitude most the time...I love "I SAID I'm tired!"...and him lookin at his watch as they rehearse dance moves to "Paradise"...and "Yea I'm here..and I'll sing your little skinny behind group into the group"...and "what?? you aint' gonna just fine me 50 cents?"...dude's a trip, and he looks like my lil cousin

I'm voting for Obba Babatunde because I just like the way his name rolls off the tongue. Plus, since I'm shallow that way.... I also like the way he looks. ;D ;D (And he played a great Berry!!) Peach I prefer him to the REAL Berry LOL. Wonder why Berry is spelled like the fruit instead of the usual way? Tess

I liked Obba. I mean he had Berry Gordys facial expressions down packed.

The one person I should have included in the poll that I didn't was Allan Rosenberg - the gentleman who played Shelly Berger. He gave a great performance and I shouldn't have been so remiss as to forget about him.

I thought Chazz did a great job and I would have to say he was probably the best 2nd tier but I also love 'Richard' (J. Richards) role. I love it when they are at St. Stephens Hall and the Primes/Primettes are performing when Blue says, 'they're GOOD' and Richard hits him and says 'Shut Up'. The age progression on him was done well because he really looked like a teenager the beginning and like a man in his 30's or so towards the end. He's a cutie too....

I agree, Trebo....that line never fails to make me laugh. The way he says "Shut up!" And (bracing myself for rotten tomatoes) he was much cuter than the real Richard. Peach
