Hi everyone! My summer plan is as follows: to strategically secure a position of decent pay within a mobile corporate entity or institution. Translation: WORK!

Oh come on now, it would be fun!!!! Peach, you could sit at the bottom of the roller coaster with me and wait for everyone to get off. I was being a smart aleck. Sukkafu asked, "Is anyone doing anything special for the summer?" So I answered him succinctly. ;D But I'd love to go to Six Flags! Anna has been begging me for the past month. "Are we gonna go, Mom? Are we?" She even got a free children's ticket off of a yogurt package, so now she thinks we're set. (Not realizing that *I* have to get a ticket, too!!! And that's like a small fortune.) ;D Peach

I just got back from most of my vacation. First we went to sweet home Alabama for a week and visited all our family there. We ended up leavin with one of my cousins with us. Then we headed to Orlando, Florida and checked out Disneyworld. It was my first time! My fav rides were Space Mountain, Test Track, Rock N Roll rollercoaster featuring Aerosmith, and the Tower of Terror. Then we stopped in St. Augustine to visit my grandmother, and we also visited Ripley's believe it or not museum. We just got back early this morning. I had fun. And at the end of next month we have our family reunion in Alabama.

sounds like a lot of fun. i always wanted to see epcot center over there. i always wanted to visit the oldest city in America- st. augustine- supposedly from 1565!
i was thinking the same thing that you were-that it's too animated /computer generated. from the reviews i've read, it seems worth seeing. i'll let you know.

zetaniece ! you come! we'll be ready! i went to king's dominion in 1981. it was fun, but i never went on any of the puke rides- it's only 68 degrees- we actually had rain last night and this morning! i can't believe it! it's cloudy with that june gloom . it's great that our electric and gas bill only averages 80 bucks per month during the summer-and the whole year- we only need air conditioning 3-6 days per year! the rest you get a nice breeze or we just turn on the ceiling fans and open the windows.
