I know you all like The Temptations but what else do you like, besides them? Name the top 5 of your favourite bands and write also one male and one female singer you like the most. After that you may write your other favourites if you want to.

I like *NSYNC, Marvin Gaye, Ruben Studdard ;D, and Justin Timberlake (aside from *NSYNC). I'm not a huge music fan, but I like what I like.
I have the longest list of favorite movies. They are: Coming To America, Grease, One Fine Day, Mulan, Romeo Must Die, and a bunch of others I must not like as much because I can't remember their names.
My favorite actor may just be either Denzel Washington or Don Cheadle. I'm not much of a fan of female actresses, unless she's Halle Berry or Angela Bassett.

Well, as far as music goes, I'm not a real big fan of one particular group (with the exception of the Temptations). I just like different songs from here and there.
One of my favorite TV shows is Friends, although it's starting to get played out now. But I used to be obsessed with that show.
And something else that I love is the NBA. I love watching, it can be so exciting. My favorite team is the Kings.

My favorite group, other than the Temptations, is the Dramatics. I am into Dramatics of every era, from 1971 to the present. They are the only group I will pay big bucks to see in concert, and if you have never seen the Dramatics LIVE, let me tell you that they KNOW how to put on a show. They are also five of the nicest and most down-to-earth men I know.
I don't watch too many movies...but I liked..."The Temptations", "Clueless", "Chocolate", "The Greek Wedding"...I love romantic comedies and "fashion chick flicks".
Favorite actors...not many Hollywood actors, I really like the ones that come on the Univision (Spanish channel) stories.
I'm into discussion boards about my favorite topics, Hispanic soaps, fashion, cooking, and writing stories. I've completed two stories, am nearing completion of a third, and have written a few short stories.
My favorite television show is "Good Times".

Let me add: I used to watch a lot of TV, from 2 in the afternoon to 12 in the morning every day. Now I basically just watch during primetime hours, my soap operas, reruns of Martin, and an occasional talk show when an interesting topic is on. I love Will & Grace ("Just Jack!"), Friends, STEVE HARRIS on the Practice, One on One, Girlfriends, Half & Half, etc. etc. My favorite TV show of all time would probably have to be Martin. If it ever comes out on DVD....  Earthangel reminded me: I'm a small-time basketball spectator. I didn't like basketball until I was about 12, that's when I started playing. Then I realized I didn't have what it took to want to get better, so I just stopped all that. My favorite teams are Sacramento Portland, and Philadelphia. Since I'm talking about sports, let me say that I watch baseball sometimes (never an entire game). The Braves have always been and will forever remain my favorite team. Yankees run a distant second. I hate football. Superbowl Sunday is the only time I will sit and watch a game. I like to watch a little tennis, too. The Williams Sisters and Pete Sampras are where it is for me. Anyone else, I'm not interested. |

Like Earthangel said..... mostly just like songs here and there from other groups.....don't have a lot of "group favorites." My favorite male vocalists are Elvis, Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson and Otis Redding.... female vocalists, tougher for me. I'm too picky. ;D Probably would say Alison Krauss or Miriam Makeba or Karen Carpenter? I'm not a big fan of female vocalists.
Favorite Movie: All romantic sappy stuff like "The Way We Were," "Gone With the Wind," "The Goodbye Girl," and "As Good As It Gets."
No favorite actors really.... just like watching the ones that *look good*. ;D TV I don't watch a lot, but I do like to watch "Unwrapped" on the Food Channel.... like watching biographies about performers, and true crime shows/forensic shows.

I love to sing. When I'm no singing I write music, poetry, lyrics, short stories and more. In most of my spare time i really like the ride my bike or swim. Swimming is such a great rush.

dearest diva- you like the spanish stations? i loved to watch sabado gigante with don francisco. it was a variety show with comedy and lots of entertainment.
i watched a few novelas with elise in the past. not too many. do you speak spanish as well as greek and english?
