i remember my geography quite well. estonia and latvia and lithuania were all annexed by russia back in 1940 and became part of the soviet union. i know estonia hated to be a part of russia.
are you in estonia right now? we are glad to have worlwide fans joining in our fun message board!
elvis, your english is very good. have you been to america before?
i wish to see europe and other continents one day.
this thread is not a mistake. what is a mistake is that many young people today have no clue where other states, cities, or countries are.
do you live in the capital tallinn?you folks have a lot in common with the people of finland!

san diego is spanish for st. james in the bible. another variation of st.james is santiago, as in chile. ther probably is about 50 san diego's or santiago's in the spanish speaking countries. st. joseph is the capital of rich coast. or in other words- san jose is the capital of costa rica!  |

Yes Sukkafu, i`m in Estonia right now, in my home in Tallinn. The time is 10:06 a.m. at the moment, so as you all there are sleeping, here is morning already I`ve never been to America before, but if i get there some day, then first i would like to visit Graceland and Grand Canyon. And then of course a Temptations` consert, if there`s a chance! And i must admit, no i don`t like ice hockey but you were right, that we do have a lot in common with finns. Even the languages are pretty similar. |

tallinn is quite a gothic city with a lot of finnish blend in the history of estonia.
have you been to helsinki? have you seen any fjords?

I changed the map link above again, so there is a new and better one this time! Click on the country and you`ll see nice pictures of Tallinn. Ivory, i wrote that i don`t know nothing about Tennessee. What kind of a Elvis fan am i ? :bonk: Memphis is there!!! And that`s where it all started for him: school where he went, Sun Records, Graceland, ... all is there. Well, i guess it`s not that important, but i thought i say it anyway. |
