I've actually not been listening to much lately on the CD player....except for my new Jackie Wilson CD.  I've been listening to satellite music--classic soul station. It's so incredible....I love hearing things like "Gonna Keep on Tryin' Til I Win Your Love" on this! I get all excited! ;D Also, listening to my mini-disc player more often.... working out is my favorite time for "chillin'"! I have 3 soul mixes, an all Temptations mix, and even a "crazy Elvis" mix. Need music to keep me sane while I work out.  Peach |

You will typically find the following cd's in my player(and in my head ):: (1)Tempts/Smokey mix (2)Old School/classic/Motown mix (3)Frankie Lymon & Teenagers mix (4)The Righteous Bros/Gary Puck & The Union Gap mix (5)Beach Music(Not melody music, the sound of seagulls and waves crashing ashore---->That type of beach music) (6)Bagpipes or Celtic---->Just does something to me ;D (7)Australian Yodlers(sp?)---->These cats really know how to carry a tune!!!  |

I love to listen to "Sacred Treasures II" whenever I need to escape ... this choral masterpieces are mostly recorded in Russian Cathedrals. The sound created in these masterpieces of architecture is simply astonishing. The CD is one of my most treasured pieces.
My favorite on there is "Komm suesser Tod" (Come sweet death). It is unbelievable what people can do with their voices ...
