Speaking of one punch!!!!!!!!!!Man! He could have knocked down a condemned bulding with that punch! Once again I don't care what Mike does to himself, but the man is still a force in the game until he quits. Many fighters have fought their whole career looking for one punch just like Mike. So what's the problem!!!!!! ;D And many people will still pay to see him! Just a thought! You know!!! Stop bashing everybody! Can't we just all get along? This IS BLH month you Know!!!!  |

THANK YOU! Now, if we could just convince all of the commentators and analysts of the same thing. If Mike wasn't being Mike, they wouldn't have anything to talk about.  It's just a shame that Cus D'Amato passed away so early in Mike's career. I'd like to think that if he'd been with Cus longer, and folks like Don King less, he woulnd't have gotten himself into so much trouble. Mike had a hard upbringing. He said in the post-fight press conference, "no body loves me" and I believe that was a sincere statement on his part not something said in a search for sympathy. Shame. |

biting a person's ear off is a plus for boxing? ouch! that's so much better than joe louis, muhammad ali,and joe frazier! mike is so terrific! i hope he eats my children! mike beats a cupcake and you're impressed? people want to see him because he's like dennis rodman- a controversial person that's distracting at best. he WAS a very very good boxer back in the late 80's -early 90's. he won't get a shot at lennox lewis until he pounds more cupcakes. and when he's in the ring with lewis, he still won't get a shot with lewis! you insult the samoans and maori tribes by comparing mike tyson with them. they truly have cultural reasons. mike tyson is not a warrior- he's a punk with money. ABA says it's black history month- mike's boxing career lately is a black mark on boxing history! i still love you ivory, and still respect you, but the ultra apologetic mentality that disclaims responsibilty for anyone and everything is tough to swallow!  i'd stick my tongue out like you do now, but i guess you'd put a tongue ring on me and say -look at the word warrior! ;D |

biting a person's ear off is a plus for boxing?Nope, but putting a man on his backside is. And no matter what you may think about Tyson, there are STILL very few men who can do that. Can Lewis knock a man out like that with one punch? Hmmm, I have to think about that one? If Lewis hadn't had the height and reach advantage over Tyson that he did, he would have been out in the first round too. And I don't feel that everyone is blameless. People who drive the WRONG way down a one-way lane in a parking lot should have their licenses revoked!

You're right about Cus. Ivory..Mike would have never had all the problems he had if Cus had lived longer. I don't have any problem with Mike. He isn't the end al be all to Black History..just a footnote like the rest of us. He can do whatever he wants as long as he hurts no one but himself. I feel you suk...I just don't call myself judge and jury cause I know we all got some skeletons in our closet! |

mike tyson would knock any cupcake like myself out in 3 seconds. legitimate heavyweight contenders like lewis or even when buster douglas and evander holyfield beat him, that's the difference.
we all have skeletons, and the ones with skeletons the size of dinosaurs and blue whales belong in the museum.
