I have to admit, it did take you awhile to get over here, but I understand. Thanks for the kudos for Taz' web site. I had to go "back to school" but it was worth it. Ivory is still the web guru. So. What is at the top of your Christmas list? Santa is bringing my new Quilter's Companion sewing machine tonight.

There are three, and only three, sections available for your shopping pleasure...The meats & dairy and veggie aisles (with a quick stop for mayo and olive oil). Everything, everything else is CARBOLAND! |

Hmmmmmm!!! Muzzel Mike Well, he seems pretty nice....but, I'll be careful til I'm sure he wouldn't bite a fellow Tempts Fan. Jonel, I really don't have anything on my Chistmas List....you're Quilters sewing machine sounds great...does it play Tempts music??? If so, I could get interested in sewing....I only do buttons now Kalisa...I really need to take your advice...if I do, can I lose 10 pounds by Christmas |

FLS...I lost 8 pounds my first week on the LowCarb way of eating. That's all I can say. And that was after three months of low-fat dieting and some weight loss therefrom.
