The greatest bass singer in all the world.
I repeat these great sayings because I just read a post on ebay where someone is trying to sell a program of his funeral. A little while back someone sold David's vest. You know I do not like to say anything negative about our beloved singers. I almost want to say to these greedy people @#$@#$@#$@#$ fill in your own words.
In beloved memory
I love these guys, and the great pleasure of hearing their great voices and being able to see their videos. I love people who try to preserve their legacy and distribute these items to plain folks like you and I. But sometimes I think they go a little too far.
So these souls need a few prayers also.

They're just trying to make money off of legends who have passed. You don't see people selling all that stuff from the artists who are still living.

What a shame. Some people have no sense of decency.

There was one person who was selling three strands of John Lennon's hair once.
Not only is that WRONG and SICK, but it's also sad!

With all due respect, I understand your concern Edafan, but if I were an archivist with a budget and didn't have one of the programs from Melvin's funeral in the collection, I confess, I would probably bid on this piece of ephemera. It's history, and documents a very important event and helps me remember a person I thought of very much.

That's a good question. I would think that YOU, being the philanthropic history-minded gal that you are would DONATE the towel.

and definitely don't use the towel or else history will be ''wiped out''! ;D
oh, by the way, mikey, did you know what otis and bounty towels had in common when otis was younger- they were both the quicker picker upper! ;D
