Well, my PPD (Posts per day) has decreased, due to the number of complaints I've gotten from friends about my constant use of the internet. Wish we still had DSL, and I'd be on all day! Also, no more one liners!!! (Unless they're of some worth ;D)

Not everyone knows what real music is. . My friends have a clue (because of my constant singing and playing of the Temptations!. My brother's friends... I'm not even gonna waste my time! Either way, by me being on the internet all day, I'm blocking important calls. So I have to cut back a little.

it does make it difficult to be online with dial up internet, but it's better than nothing and besides, after 1000, you have reached the top. there is no better prize than to be relevant to the subject and get people thinking about this tempts thing instead of funnel cake at the fair on wednesdays.
like ivory fair spoke of in the thread about cliques and wandering posts and one liners, let's cut the cr..p out and stick to the topic and we can still be funny and quip but not hog wild!

Hey it might be worth a try Angel! I like loads of stuff! And college opened me up a lot more! All throughout school I was mainly into 80's R&B and rap and that continued into the 90's. Radio played a mix of that and dance as well as pop hits. I am still wishing New Jack Swing and the good clean fun music of that time would return. I had other influences from my grandfather (big band and swing) and 70's and 80's rock from the guys at school and MTV. Then commercials and oldies radio brought the classic hits to my attention as well as the collections of my aunt, uncle, and mother. I get my funky side from my mommy! In high school, they knew me as the biggest Prince/ fan. Then in college, more alternative music influence thanks to new friends and an introduction to Bob Dylan, more of the Beatles and other classic rock icons, Squirrel Nut Zippers, and more Dave Matthews Band thanks to my freshman year roommate. That year everyone knew me as the biggest Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Mo Thugs fan. Second year, more Dave Matthews than I could EVER STAND! My second year roomate ONLY played Dave Matthews and collected every concert he could find! By this time the mini series had aired so it was DMB vs Motown all day everyday except weekends... then it was Motown! My point is... you never know. They may catch on. I went from being known as a huge Prince fan to Bone/Mo Thugs fan, to a huge Temptations fan. Once I like a song I love it for life! I'm sorry to say I did to my third year roommate with the Tempts what my second year roomate did to me with DMB. There was no day that went by that EOS didn't play! Is there a way to make the O(+> smaller?
