Posting a review which appeared on another board. The person wondered whether she should even go, thought maybe that Otis should have stopped. Here's her review:
"Just came home from seeing the Temptations in concert tonight. I was not going to go see them but I was not sure if I did I would enjoy other people singing the Original temptations hits, and I was not sure if it would be a good show. You know with only one original Temptations still living. I thought maybe they should have let the group go to the place in the sky where your favorite music still lives.
Hell no way! Thank you, Otis for keeping the Temptations going. To say that the music and the show was great and that is an understatement. I did not know the G.C. Cameron was with the Temptations. They sang and danced their hearts out and the audience loved the show.
If the Temptations come to your area get tickets and go I know I had a great time and loved the music and it sound as good if not better that with the original Temptations. Again much thanks to Otis for keeping the Temptations going strong. I wonder when the Temptations are coming back to San Diego. Soon I hope I want to go see them again.
Now ain't it nice when The Tempts turn folks around? Still Tempting...YEP DEY IS!"
I loved that phrase "sound as good if not better than the original Temptations." They really do. It's hard for people to believe, but it's true. The current group is fantastic. Can hardly wait until my next concerts.

It's more than putting on a great show, which they do. The fact is they continue to make great records. It was not only the fans who post here who loved cLEGACY, but the hardboiled critics loved LEGACY too.
The three tenors made a tremendous CD recording the world's most loved arias. It's when you do new songs, and they're good too that you are legendary.
Sometimes I think the business men who publish, record, or whatever method is used to bring the work of the artists to the public need to encourage and push the current and new work of artists, rather than just tell them to do the same thing. But then the funny part is they do something different, and it becomes successful, and then the business men want them to keep doing that. One reality show breeds a thousand.
John Grisham has to write lawyer/mysteries for his publisher in order to get him to publish the different things hed'd like to write. And that is true for all fields. Just keep bringing in the money, don't think of doing something new and different.

Shouts to ((((((((((((((((((((Everybody))))))))!
There is only a small number of us Temptations fan who post, so I don't think on the board tells the full story of "Legacy". The reason I'm coming to this conclusion is that one of my co-worker's husband is a DJ and he Likes the cd. He mentioned the song "Make Love To The Music". My son said that this song sounds like a (((R. Kelly)) song, and he really like "Baby, It's Me". He can see that one being played on the radio.
Hey (((Jane)))! Thanks for your review!! I'm disappointed that no song from the "Legacy" cd is being sung at the concerts. It's like they're playing into the cd not being Good. I know with the Grammy Award Winning "Ear" and "Awesome" they sang songs right away or is a song not being sung, because of the success of the "Medley". What do you all think? TTYAL!
