Ok, I may have hit an all time low as far as gratuitous sex-themed threads, but who cares. Anyway, the wife beater, the much maligned basic of men's undergarments, they are what I consider the sexiest thing a man can wear (assuming he's built right.) Or, for the men.......... I present to you, my ever-growing list of people I'd like to see in a wife beater.......... Bo Paul and Dennis, back in the day of course Henry Simmons from NYPD Blue The Roc ok........... that's all I can come up with now, suggestions anyone?

This thread tickles me as I recall the days in my feminist theory course when some dimwit argued that calling these garments "wifebeaters" was a tacit approval of the actual act of, well, wife beating. I had to laff at these postmodern psychos who truly allow words to exert this much power over them. I suppose the PC way to address this would be "ribbed tank tops" but that's too long.
At any rate, never underestimate the power of a wifebeater (seriously, no pun intended, as a matter of fact, I may edit this in the interest of PC-ness), I buy them in bulk and wear them with cute little fishtail skirts and my pointy toed kitten heels, so I have my nod to the 50s screen goddess style on the bottom, and an instantly flattering, funky, casual modern style on the top. As you may infer (incorrectly, because I've been too examed out), I've been reading Vogue too much.
Anyway, people I'd like to see in a wifebeater are - Paul Walker (sigh!), Ashton Kutcher (sigh), and Roy Jones. I'm sure there are more, but this is all I can think of right now.

there goes all the steam in my request for someone in a "wife beater."
So, I'd like to say that I want to see "Vanessa Williams" from Soul Food the movie not the TV show in a "ribbed tank top (cut off)." Wow, I feel PC already.

Ivory, the FIRST person I thought of when I saw this thread was the Rock. I don't like what he's done to his arm, though. That tattoo is entirely too much for me. I don't even like to look at it.
I would like to have seen Eddie James in a wifebeater. It would've probably hung off him like a sleeping gown. Hee hee...
Here's my real list: Tank Christian Kane Rock

Nish, if you haven't already, go to the clothier of the masses, Old Navy, and pick you up some cute ones. I think I got about 47 the other day for $5! (or something like that) Nah, IRLM, no skinny men in wife beaters. Not a good thing (see Snoop) ........... Example, I did NOT mention one of my future husbands, former POW Ron Young as one of the dudes I'd like to see in one. Still hadn't gained back those 23 lbs.

But, Ivory, I thought EJK was supposed to be skinny, but built. This is what I heard. Snoop is just skinny for no reason.
I don't know how Stephen Dorff's body looks, but he's definitely cute in the face. I might like to see that in a wb.

I won't say anything about your age.... but Paul Walker is ol' boy from Fast & The Furious and some other movie about a truck driver or something other. Christian Kane is mostly a TV actor, playing in Love Song with Monica, he was on Angel (about the vampire-demon fella), and he has done some TV movies (most recently he was the main character in the Enron movie). Stephen Dorff was the bad behind vampire in Blade. He looked a hot mess in that role but I just saw him on Punk'd and he was, like I said, cute in the face. ;D
