What kind of pets do our members have ? I have a three year old female giant breed Doberman name Terror that is as big as a Great Dane and two turtles Heckel and Jeckle( there about as big as a salad dish) that we have had for 30 years. Terror will pick up the Turtles in her mouth ( she never has hurt one of them) and hide them. Some time it takes days to find them. My wife is like " TERROR where did you put those damm trutles" . Terror also has a peanut butter jones, this dog loves peanut butter. Some time when my wife is not around, i,ll take peanut butter and put it on one of the turtle,s shell and terror will lay there for a hour licking the shell. I dont think they mind because they never say nothing. One day i,ll tell you about the time Terror Shit in my nwe car.

I've got a 17 year old wire-haired Terrier mix (read MUTT) named "Snuggles" and a 2 year old Black Lab/Pit Bull mix named "Midnight". Both are spoiled rotten. Snuggles eats cantelope with my mother for breakfast and will only eat potato chips if they have dip on them. Midnight almost didn't make it to see her first birthday. As most Labs do, she loves to chew on things. When she was about 6 - 8 months old she ate an 8 inch diameter hole in our spare bathroom door, chewed up all the pillows for our lawn furniture, and began using the deck as a teething ring. I thought my mom was going to KILL her. ;D ;D Now my mother spoils her like a baby.

We have two 8 year old German Shorthair Pointers, Helmut and Nadia. Their mom, Bridget, had 12 pups, Helmut was the biggest and Nadia was the runt, she had to be hand fed for several weeks. Those were the two we kept. Mom Bridget had to be helped out of suffering this past fall . And two cats...17 year old Siamese Tika and who-knows-what age Orphan Annie...she arrived on our rainy rooftop full grown at the beginning of Desert Storm.

I don't have any pets at the moment. I used to have a few cats, which are the only animals I would like to have as pets. The last cat I had was a calico named Cupcake. That was in 1998.

I have a cat named Jax, who was a stray. She showed up on my 10th birthday and still hasn't left. But we have the papers, so she IS ours.
Damone is my bunny! I love her so much. Only I was sad that she was a he because I thought it was a he at first and named him Damon, but then it turned out he was a she.
Flower is my 10 year old cocker spainel. She was the runt, so she's really small still. She's so cute!
Cookie is my 2 year old puppy. She's a black lab/Aussi Shepard mix. She almost all of my Temptations CD's a couple years ago. But I still love her anyway.
Ok, so those are my pets! When I graduate, I'm getting a chuchuaui (ok, I have NO CLUE how to spell that) and I'm going to name HIM Mr. Bojangles.

I have a 3 year old fully trained verbal/silent command shepard and a 1 year old lhasa apso that I thought I would hate because she's so small but I'm crazy about her. He likes popcorn and she likes ice cream. ;D What a pair. She stands behind him when he barks at people coming to the door. And if he is away at the kennel, she hides under the bed when someone comes to the door. ;D

we have a little persian cat with tons of long hair named winkles. constance is madly in love with her and pets her to death. we lost mr.pip ,another persian, and melissa, a tabby, to coyotes.
we had a dog that died a year and a half ago that was our best friends' dog that we took care of when our friends were killed. he lived for 2yrs after they perished and he was very sickly and cancerous. once again, constance loved him to death.he was a nice old dog. we had 4 finches and a canary that died. we had 2 turtles and also we had a couple of lizards that didn't do well in captivity.
i had a black lab as a kid which broke lamps and ate glass and threw up. 1 week later i no longer had my 7th birthday present. we had 3 toy poodles after that growing up.
i want a dog but elise refuses because she says nobody would take care of it and she's right.

Oh, BIG mistake there Ken, you're never going to get me to shut up now!!!! Introducing........... The Ineffable Marshmello Cream and Graham aka "Effie" His hobbies include sleeping, looking pretty and getting hair all over me! His dislikes include vaacum cleaners, toothpaste and strangers. And Daniel Quorum Petrushka..... His hobbies including laying ALL OVER the floor, stinking up the house, and playing fetch. His dislikes include vacum cleaners and well, nothing else really. These are my babies and they RUN MY LIFE!!!! Mr. Ivory refers to them as "them little bad a** cats" but aren't they ADORABLE!!! Now, before I had Daniel, I had The Inscrutable Witchie-Poo's Lament aka "Scrootey" my little four pound princess, my Black Pearl. But she died in the summer of 2001 of little kitty breast cancer and went to little kitty heaven. Apparently, she liked to sit on paper plates... Dbaby, has it already been two years since you got Cookie? My, how time wooshes by!

isn't running a ''cat'' house illegal in tennessee? ;D i still like kids over cats any day. they are also stinking the house up and making a mess, but at least you can get them to clean up after themselves once in awhile and they don't shed too much! ;D the cats are fine. but how are you doing?

You have a MALE cat named Effie? Did you name him when you thought he was a female then didn't change his name? Now I see why you call Scrootey "Boss Ross". She DOES have Diana Ross eyes!

I got a Rottweiler named Xenia. A far as the name, don't ask, we didn't name her and she was already used to it by the time we got her. She'll be 5, well 35, on Christmas. Man, all these pictures of cats! ;D

our cat winkles caught a pesky gopher that has been ruining our back yard with hole digging -and she ate it today! constance asked elise if she could sit outside and watch winkles mack out . that's her third gopher in a year. i caught a field mouse in our house a few months ago- our first mouse ever- and winkles wouldn't touch the mouse. but she's eaten 3 gophers and a bird. but she's the cutest furriest little persian cat-she doesn't look wild at all and she wants to be cuddled and petted.

LOL! Diva, I challenge ANYONE to take a white boy cat and give him a butch name. It just CANNOT be done. But "Effie" is short for "Ineffable" which means, "incapable of being put into words," because his name was just such. I couldn't find one to fit him. But I do extend an open invitation to anyone who's not comfortable with "Effie" to call him "Graham." And I can't believe you remember "Boss Ross Scrootey!" even I had forgotten about that. Not only are the eyes right, but if Effie got in her way, she'd just slap him! Talk about a diva!
