I myself don't know anything about Ron's personality. He just seems to be a nice guy from what I've seen so far. Might be wrong -- I'll wait with my final verdict therefore until his book has come out.

"The Eye Of The Tiger" is just plain high-larious! It's very odd but I laugh everytime I hear it... Ed

I think it's always wise to assume the best from everyone. So if someone wants to think that Ron's a wonderful guy eventhough they've never met him that's great (and I"m not saying he isn't.) But Tara said Ron was the only person in the group she had any respect for. ........... I guess I'm just trying to figure out what she's talking about.

I agree completely, Ivory. You can't judge people in any way, shape, or form is you haven't met them. The media offers one only the most distorted view of who a person is.

Theres no such thing as "too rusty"...Dennis can be too rusty to me anyday. Even now, he's still fine....Fat, but fine. I think I may be more attracted to his voice though, than him Wait a second...I'm not saying he's a bad singer...I'm saying that I woudn't like him for that song specifically..that's it. He has a great voice...in this case I do like to apply the "too rusty" thing...nothin' personal--- ;D I surely won't find him attractive....ever ;D...

I just can't believe that people like Ivory and Ed should walk about, approaching others completely neutral. For me it is impossible not to form any kind of idea about someone -- even, if it's only a picture of him or her or an interview I see/hear. How can anyone manage too be so neutral and not allow themselves to say, "He seems to be kind of honest/dishonest about what he/she says." Or, "She doesn't seem to be as sexed-up as she appears to be." I mean that is a natural reaction -- at least to me. I like Beyonce and consider her an asset to womenkind since I've heard and seen her speak about a movie of hers. I like her, even though I've never met her in person. I still have a kind of "watch-out" attitude when it comes to Spike Lee, for example. I mean the things these people do tell a lot about them. It's not as if they exist in a vaccum.

Now see I have interviewed Spike on my radio show a number of times.........I like him and to some he may be abrasive and in your face but he had to be to get to the top of the heap in directing............when no one would give him any money to do any films and he went to people like Bill Cosby and Micheal Jordan to help him finance his efforts. He's a big sports fan and when not working a great guy...IMO

He's a big sports fan and when not working a great guy...IMO I must say, I like his movies very much. They're always presenting material for discussions that stretch over several days. And we often use his interpretations of certain situations as examples. No doubt about that. Yet, not having met him, I still have a funny feeling about this man ... It's a gut-feeling, but it is there. I cannot deny it. That's why I do not understand how other people can stay completely objective to a person, if they haven't met him/her.

What mysterious phone calls Miss Tara?! Has anyone tried to threaten or intimidate you?? The way I took Miss Tara's answer was that other people might call Ron, telling him "Hey, have you heard what your friend Miss Tara said about you on the Temptsboard."
