I AM SAD TO SAY THIS....BUT NO. IT IS HARD FOR ME TO FORGIVE THOSE THAT HAVE WRONGED ME. I HOLD GRUDGES AND THAT IS WHY MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT. I AM ONLY 31 YEARS OLD AND I FEEL LIKE THE WORLD IS ON MY SHOULDERS. IT IS HARD TO FORGIVE WHEN YOUR LIFE SEEMS TO TUMBLE AROUND YOUAND YOU HAVE TO KEEP WORING TO PUT THE PIECES BACK TOGETHER..I AM SO DEPRESSED One of my favorite movies is "White Christmas" with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney. Bing sung a song that i'll never forget, the lyrics are: When I'm worried and I can't sleep I count my blessings instead of sheep And I fall asleep Counting my blessings When my bankroll is getting small I think of when I had none at all And I fall asleep Counting my blessings I think about a nursery and I picture curly heads And one by one I count them as they slumber in their beds If you're worried and you can't sleep Just count your blessings instead of sheep And you'll fall asleep Counting your blessings When i think about what Terry Schiavo is going through, it makes all my problems seem so small. Yet i know you are dealing with the circumstances in your life. Keep your head up and count your blessings, i'm with you and will keep you in prayer. -Nate "Boomer"

Life is too short to hold grudges. You have so much life to live and a lot of love left to give. But you can't love till you let go.............let go of your anger and guilt. You will feel much better about yourself and your life if you do......................and then you have to make changes............let those people go who don't bring you up. You don't owe anybody anything and they in turn owe you nothing. Put your energies in the positive and let the negative go..............let it go..........

Although not always easy, I do practice forgiveness, as the Bible says that if I dont, then I wont be forgiven. And I am in no position to not be forgiven. Its esp. hard when you believe that your reasons for not forgiving are justified. God says "be angry, but sin not". Just a week or so ago, I was p____ off at a friend because we were supposed to meet to take care of some matters, and it required me driving a distance. Before I left my home, my friend reassured me that we should proceed as planned. Once I got to the designated place, my friend wasnt in place! And then, it seemed like I kept getting the runaround. When we finally met up, it was about two hours later, and precious time had been wasted. :headbang: By that time, I was beyond attitude! Now of course, my friend apologized and whatnot, but I continued to be angry. And as a result, I sat there and completely ignored my friend (I had such a unit on my face). When I did respond, every comment was super sarcastic! After a while, I dropped the tude. But you know what? After all of that, I ended up having to go back and apologize. Why? Well, I had every right and reason to be angry, yes I did. But I made a conscious decision to be mean, and I couldve avoided that by simply going back home. Because of my funky attitude, I continued to slow down the already delayed process, because I refused to communicate. I apologized for MY actions.
